1. No Third-Party Advertising
My Zen Learning is 100% advertisement-free. We do not display banner ads, video ads, pop-ups, sponsored content, or any form of third-party advertising on the platform.
We do not partner with ad networks or data brokers. Student attention and learning time are never monetized through advertising.
2. Information We Collect
Account Registration: When a student, parent, or teacher creates an account, we collect a username, optional email address, password, selected grade level, and account role (student/teacher).
Learning Activity: We store quiz scores, flashcard progress, star points, streak data, unlocked rewards, and equipped avatars/themes to personalize the learning experience.
We do not collect GPS location, phone contacts, photos, or any biometric data.
3. How We Protect Student Data
All student data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share student personal information with any third party for commercial purposes.
Data transmission between the student's device and our servers is protected using industry-standard HTTPS encryption.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Alignment)
My Zen Learning is designed for use by children, and we are committed to protecting their privacy in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) principles.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the educational service. No unnecessary personal data is requested from children.
Parents and guardians may review their child's information, request corrections, or request deletion of their child's account and associated data at any time.
5. Parent Rights & Data Deletion
Parents and guardians have the right to: (a) Review what personal information has been collected from their child. (b) Request that their child's personal information be corrected. (c) Request that their child's account and all associated data be permanently deleted.

6. Changes to This Policy
