Terms of Service

Upon creating an account, users receive a complimentary 3-month (90-day) free trial providing full access to all available curriculum content, including quizzes, flashcards, focus timer, and the rewards system.

No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial begins on the date of account creation and expires automatically after 90 days.

During the trial period, all features function identically to a paid subscription. Progress, star points, unlocked avatars, and learning data are preserved if the user chooses to subscribe after the trial.

After the free trial period, continued access to My Zen Learning requires an active subscription. Plans are available at Monthly ($9.99/mo), Quarterly ($24.99/quarter), and Annual ($79.99/year) pricing.

Subscriptions can be activated by contacting support@myzenlearning.com. Payment details and activation will be handled directly by our support team.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Users may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current paid period.

No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. However, we are committed to fairness and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Parents and guardians are responsible for accounts created on behalf of their children. Each account is intended for use by a single individual.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity that occurs under a user's account is the responsibility of the account holder.

Teacher accounts may be used to monitor student progress within their assigned classroom. Teachers agree not to share student data outside the platform.

Users must not attempt to access other users' accounts, circumvent security measures, or interfere with the platform's operation.

All content on My Zen Learning — including quizzes, flashcards, curriculum materials, illustrations, UI design, and software code — is the intellectual property of My Zen Learning and its content creators.

Users may access and use content for personal educational purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of platform content without written permission is prohibited.

AI-generated content (ZenBank) is reviewed for accuracy and curriculum alignment. While we strive for correctness, users acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors.

Users agree to use My Zen Learning solely for educational purposes. The platform must not be used to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Any attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform or its services is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way.

My Zen Learning provides educational content and tools on an 'as-is' basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.

My Zen Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
